Day 3 Wonder Soup Diet | Cabbage Soup Diet: Fruits and veggies. (no bananas, corn and other starchy vegetables)
Weighted myself on the scale and about 3 lbs has shed. Visually I can't there if there are significant changes from Day 2. I wish I had taken photos for comparisons sake. However, I woke up super hungry. I had a pear.
Today really isn't a bad day at all. I am able to eat unlimited veggies and mixture of fruits. I had a romaine lettuce salad with tomatoes (that is all I had in the fridge) with a ginger lemon vinaigrette drizzled with one teaspoon of olive oil. I had some fresh squeeze orange juice and nibbled on some blueberries. I also made some Juice Cleanse for Skin Glow. Basically a mixture of strawberries, kiwi, and lemon. If you prefer something more detoxing you can also try a digestion and detoxing juice with ginger. You can option to stir fry you veggies if you want something warm instead.
Dinner was a similar repeat with wonder soup and baked cauliflower and more green salad. Again, the rest of the day, I grazed on apples, strawberries and oranges...
