Day 4 Wonder Soup Diet | Cabbage Soup Diet: Bananas and Milk / Yogurt. Sounds like a really bad day already!

Weighted myself on the scale and about 5 lbs has shed since Day 1. It was crazy since I’ve complete 3 days of this Soup Detox Diet. This seems to be the quickest way to lose weight by eating healthy foods.

 

So how to eat about 8 bananas? I can’t even imagine. Personally I’m not a big banana fan. So I had one this morning along with a blueberry banana almond milk smoothie. I don’t suppose a tiny bit of blueberries will drown my diet.

 

I also bought myself some plain Greek yogurt from Liberte Yogurt. And I subed milk with almond milk instead.

The best part of today was definitely drinking the Wonder Soup. I think it will be a VERY LONG time before I eat another banana.

But I have to admit the bananas and the calcium gave me the energy needed to run 5 km.  After my run I topped it off with another blueberry banana almond milk shake.
