Day 6 Wonder Soup Diet | Cabbage Soup Diet: Protein and Veggies (everything but tomatoes).
Weighted myself on the scale and about 6-7 lbs (depending on the time I weighted myself) has shed since Day 1.
Unlike Day 1 or Day 2 of the Cabbage Soup Diet, on Day 6 you are allowed to have other veggies. And of course unlimited Wonder Soup. For breakfast I kept it simple with a blueberry almond milk shake.
Instead of chicken, I baked a nice piece of salmon filet for lunch, mixed along with a big bowl of salad. For dinner I cheated I bit and went for Japanese. I was at the point I couldn't stand to be eating at home any longer. You can still keep it fairly sane with Japanese - tuna and salmon sashimi. I cheated with a piece of saba and hotate nigiri and also half a negitoro roll (just for the lil bit of carbs). I don't think it affected anything. Just don't gorge, that would be the worst!
On to Day 7 Wonder Soup Diet... I can see the light! I am at the end of my Wonder Soup Diet.
