    How It Works:

The product is a thick paste that comes in a container. It is shelf-stable and does not need to be refrigerated - even after being opened. Simply store it in a cool, dry place.

Make as much plant-based milk as you need, when you need it. I love using JOI because it reduces food waste. Who's tired of pouring milk down the drain because you couldn't get thru it in time! JOI gives you total control.

Customize your milk with your choice of sweeteners and spices and add more or less JOI for the perfect consistency.

The instructions says to add 1-2 tablesppons of JOI to 1 cup of water. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds in a high speed blender. Service and enjoy. Freshly made almond milk lasts up to 7 days in the fridge.

I find that 2 tablespoon makes the perfect thick creamy almond milk for my morning coffee.

If you are making a smoothie, simply drop a tablespoon with your fresh fruits and water and blend well at the same time. It is so easy to make and absolutely perfect for the busybody.

Interesting!! I have thrown away way too much plant based milk and that stuff is expensive. Does the concentrate need to be refrigerated and how long does it last?

the concentrate is shelf stable and does not need to be refrigerated even after opening. but of course keeping it in the fridge will keep it more fresh. 7 days after you've deluted it with water and best before date on label.
