The Belgard Kitchen is located within The Settlement Building where Vancouver Urban Winery, Roaring Twenties Wine Co and Postmark Brewing all operate out from 55 Dunlevy Ave, Vancouver. We first toured the facility with Made In Strathcona Tour. We loved the high ceilings, button tuft booths and brunch on the weekends.
Caesar with beer: A lighter and bubbly version of a typical Caesar. It isn't very spicy if you like your Caesar with some kick!
Belgard Meatball Brunch Skillet 15: fresh mozza, San Marzano tomato sauce, poached eggs, smoky onion + parmesan cream, brunch spuds. This reminds me of the spicy Moroccan lamb Les Boulettes meatballs from Cafe Medina.
Belgard Brunch Burger 13: Pemberton Meadows beef, Village Cheese Works cheddar, caramelized onions, house relish, iceberg, tomato, fried egg, brioche bun, brunch spuds.
The Growler station is open 11am - 11pm daily. Built backing onto the brewhouse, away from the lounge in order to service customers faster and pull beer straight from the brite tanks. The custom-built 12 tap pouring system allows for pre-gassing bottles, and extremely fast pour speeds. Enjoy!
