Alimentaria Mexicana is opened by Mexican-Canadian Chefs and Entrepreneur Ernesto Gomez and his team of creative collaborators behind the beloved Chancho Tortilleria, Nuba and former Fayuca, introducing authentic Mexican culture culinary experience at Vancouver’s Granville Island. They definitely are competing to be the best Mexican Vancouver restaurant.
It's been a long time since I've been to a group event. This is my second visit to this Mexican restaurant in Vancouver since my initial visit with Sherman. This time around, the dishes definitely levelled up and were well prepared.
What To Order at Alimentaria Mexicana
Amongst the many dishes we enjoyed and highly recommend: the Duck Flautas (so tender and juicy), Sopes with Bone Marrow (so fatty!), House Made Churros (so airy and delicious!) are a must-order!
