If you want an instant kitchen makeover, a new faucet will do the trick! Whether you are renovating an old kitchen or making small adjustments to your new home, replacing your basic kitchen faucet with a gourmet kitchen faucet can do wonders! A small investment will make a big and beautiful statement! We recently shared our top home renovation must haves to make our place “Kinfolk as f#ck”, now I want to share the before and after photos of our kitchen faucet.
Our home came equipped with minimalist hardwares like this Purist kitchen sink faucet. Not that we didn't think this single-hole kitchen sink faucet with 8" pullout spout wasn't pretty, but it didn't quite suit our needs. I've always had an obsession with a pull down spring spout! I needed it to answer my inner MasterChef!
Replacing the kitchen faucet with this Delta Trinsic Pro with Touch2O® Technology was surprisingly easy. I was afraid our DIY project would flop and we would need to call a plumber. Luckily I have an #InstagramHusband that is pretty handy! The whole process took a only few hours. Although the Touch2O® technology required some simple troubleshooting (thank you Youtube), Dave got everything working!
One nifty thing about the Trinsic Pro is that it turns on and off with just a touch anywhere on the spout or handle. If you hate a dirty kitchen or greasy handles this helps keeps the mess / grease on your hands and not on the faucet! Automatic water flow shut-off after four minutes if the water is left running. It saves water and also gives you a peace of mind even if you walk around.
One more thing that I love about this faucet is the TempSense LED light. It indicates water temperature: red (hot water); cold (cold water).
These features are perfect and matches our theme of making smart home adjustments!
MagnaTite docking keeps the kitchen pull-down spray wand firmly in place. High-arc pull-down swivels 360 degrees. I love the polish look of Chrome (also available in Arctic Stainless). The sleek finish completes this modern kitchen look!

A good kitchen faucet can be hard to find. Designed to accommodate extra thick counters, this faucet combines minimalist style and also satisfies your inner foodie. Refreshing the look of your kitchen can be easy. There are picks from high to low. Whatever you choose, make sure it fits your kitchen style and your finish philosophy!
