Cup Full Dessert Cafe is a new specialty dessert stand in Henderson Place Mall in Coquitlam. Finally the Coquitlam Centre area has Korean shaved ice bingsoo (that is until Snowy Village opens at M3), refreshing drinks made with real fruits, swiss roll cakes from Cake Ya, Soft Peaks Ice Cream, and coffee from Republica Coffee Roasters.
Now after dim sum with friends and family at Grand Palace we can all go grab a delicious ice cream sundae and shaved ice. My favorite is Injeolmi Bingsoo with red bean. I also like the mango shaved ice with lots of juicy fresh mango chunks.
But let me tell you, how much I enjoy not having to drive all the way to Gastown just to have a delicious milky cup of Soft Peaks Soft Served ice cream made with organic Avalon Dairy milk. It is only like 5 minutes away from me now! Ok, maybe 10 minutes!
Fresh Green Grapes slush. Lightly sweeten and really refreshing on a hot summer's day!
Other flavors of Real Fruit Refreshments: grapefruit, pineapple, grape and yuzu. All naturally sweet and made from real fruit. No artificial sweeteners!
Cup Full also offers a line up of coffee beverages: Americano, Cortado, Cafe Float, Spanish Latte that tastes like a smooth and rich Vietnamese coffee is a great wake up call!
