Ingredients

  • 500 ml Oat Milk or your milk of choice

Whipped Dalgona Foam

  • 2 tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 2 tbsp White Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Hot Water

Instructions

  1. In a small or medium mixing bowl combine 1:1:1 ratio of instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. Combine and dissolve the sugar and coffee granules.
  2. Use an electric hand mixer and whisk at high speed for 3-5 minutes or until stiff peaks forms. The coffee will become frothy and color will lighten.
  3. Add ice cubes to the bottom of a tall glass.
  4. Pour cold milk from the into the glass. If desired, run your choice of milk in the milk frother to make it extra creamy.
  5. Remember to leave room at the top for the whipped Dalgona, foamy concoction.
  6. Spoon the beaten coffee foam mixture over milk.
  7. Fold into your favourite milk when you are ready to enjoy this delicious coffee recipe.

  1. Dalgona whipped coffee is best served immediately. Dalgona foam can not be stored.
  2. We love our Nespresso Aeroccino! Set the mode to either "hot milk" or "cold milk" depending on if you fancy a hot coffee or an iced milk latte.
