  1. Pick off the roots of the cordyceps flowers.
  2. Give the mushrooms a quick wash and rinse with cold water. Drain well.
  3. Pat dry with a kitchen paper towel. Set aside.
  4. Add vegetable oil in a non-stick wok or pan at medium-high heat.
  5. Once the oil is hot, add in minced garlic. Simmer for one to two minutes.
  6. Add in Cordyceps Flowers and quickly stir fry for a while.
  7. Add seasoning ingredients such as dark soy sauce, brown sugar, ground white pepper powder, Shaoxing wine and salt to taste.
  8. Continue to toss the cordyceps flowers over high heat until the water dries. Do not overcook, or the cordyceps flowers will not retain a snappy texture.
  9. Serve and Enjoy.
