  • 3 Large Tomato, diced 蕃茄 切粒
  • 1 medium onion, diced 洋蔥 半個切粒
  • 5 cloves Garlic, minced 蒜 適量切粒
  • 2-3 slices of Ginger 薑片 適量
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil 橄欖油 3湯匙
  • 150g Shimeji Mushrooms 鴻喜菇 150克
  • 400g Tofu (firm) 豆腐 400克
  • 250g Yam Noodles 芋絲 250克
  • 3 tsp Vegetable Bouillon (reduced sodium) 低鈉濃湯粒 3茶匙
  • 2 Egg, whisked 蛋 攪打 (optional)
  • 1 tsp white pepper 白胡椒粉 1茶匙
  • 1L water 水 1公升
  • dash of salt 鹽 適量


  1. Wash and prep your vegetables and tofu.
  2. In a medium stock pot, add olive oil over medium high heat. Once hot, add in minced garlic, onions and sliced ginger.
  3. Add in Tomatoes and cook until soften.
  4. Add in water, vegetables bouillon, ground white pepper, tofu, Shimeji mushrooms and bring to a boil.
  5. Add in yam noodles and pour in whisked egg for your egg drop. Stir and mix well.
  6. Serve and enjoy!



  1. 加入适量油入锅中加热
  2. 爆香蒜
  3. 放入洋葱蕃茄煮至八分熟。
  4. 加入鴻喜菇, 豆腐, 生姜和冷水一起下锅煮沸。
  5. 加入芋絲
  6. 加两片蔬菜点缀一下,加入盐、低鈉濃湯粒调味即可出锅。
