Flavour 1: Apple & Carrot

  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Apples
  • 1/2C Cold Drinking Water
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup

Flavour 2: Kiwi, Celery and Parsley

  • 1 Bunch Celery
  • 2 Kiwi
  • 1/2 Bunch Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2C Cold Drinking Water

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry fruits and vegetables with kitchen paper towels.
  2. Cut fruits and veggies into small cubes.
  3. Juice fruits and vegetables in a slow-press juicer or high-performance blender like a Vitamix.
  4. Add juice to a small saucepan.
  5. Add agar agar powder to the juice and let it bloom for a few minutes.
  6. The mixture will start to wrinkle.
  7. Heat juice over low heat to dissolve vegan gelatine. Whisk frequently until smooth. Do not bring to boil.
  8. Pour into gummy mould and refrigerate for at least 30 mins. Overnight is best.
  9. Enjoy!
