The 12th annual Taste of Yaletown 2016 event starts tomorrow Oct 13th to 27th. During this two week period, 31 Yaletown restaurants will be offering special menus and wines for a limited time. Sharing and Pairings and fixe prix menu prices of $25, $35, or $45. Yaletown will be making a donation to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank. Did you see our Instagram Stories?

TUNA TATAKI
lightly seared albacore tuna sashimi, cilantro, tomatoes, onions and garlic chips
PONZU BEEF TATAKI
lightly seared AAA beef, seaweed, fresh onions, garlic chips and ponzu
KALE AND ASPARAGUS GOMA-AE
kale and asparagus with sesame dressing
SHISO PESTO CHICKEN STEAK
Roasted chicken thigh, shiso-ooba pesto sauce, karashi mashed potatoes and shishito peppers
LOBSTER MOTOYAKI
lobster and king oyster mushroom baked in a lobster shell, miso-mayonnaise and yuzu
PINE MUSHROOM YAKI UDON
stir-fried thick udon noodles with pine mushrooms and spring onions, tempura bits and kelp-dashi soy butter
TORCHED SMOKED CHICKEN SUSHI
house made smoked chicken thigh, torched mayonnaise, ume paste, onions and ooba oil pressed sushi
TORCHED SABA SUSHI
seared, marinated mackerel with vinegar, lime juice, ooba leaf and apple pressed sushi
PEPPER AND AVOCADO PRESSED SUSHI
grilled peppers marinated in sweet soy, kale purée and wasabi mayonnaise. A great vegetarian option!
