Are you exhausted all the time? Si Shen Tang 四神湯 is a very effective and economic Traditional Chinese Herbal soup packet that helps to treat adrenal fatigue and anxiety. It can also lower blood sugar, reduce edema, restore kidney functions, boost Qi and blood reproduction and reduce insomnia.

Si Shen Tang Chinese Herbal Soup Packets

  • 50 g Euryale ferox 芡實 50克
  • 40 g Lotus seed 蓮子 40克
  • 40 g Chinese yam 淮山 40克
  • 40 g Poria cocos 茯苓 40克
  • 1 lbs pork tenderloin 瘦肉 1磅
  • 1 L water 水
  • salt to taste 鹽少許

  • 40g Coco seeds 薏仁 40克
  • 40g Dried Lily百合 40克
  • 25g Codonopsis pilosula 黨參 or Angelica Sinensis 當歸 25克

Instructions

  1. Soak herbs for 20 mins, wash and drain herbs
  2. Parboil pork tenderloin
  3. Add all ingredients to a large pot of boiling water.
  4. Boil for 20 mins and reduce heat to simmer for 1 hour.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

 

四神湯煮法

  1. 清洗藥材。加水浸泡20分鐘。
  2. 瘦肉汆燙後備用。
  3. 一起置於鍋中,加入清水,先用大火煮沸,再用小火煮20分鐘。 加入鹽少許調味。
  4. 上蓋中細火煲1個鐘。
  5. 或放在電鍋內,燜煮1小時。
