Nourish Vancouver expands to their second location in Point Grey / Kitsilano neighbourhood 3742 West 10th Avenue. We met owner Dan Cheung awhile back at The Juicery Co's grand opening and are so excited to indulge in delicious, locally sourced, organic grown food.
The space itself is gorgeously soothing. The rustic chic interior is by local interior design collective, Studio Coalesce. Refinished fir hardwood floors, repurposed elements like wood shelving, vintage hanging windows and polished quartz counters.
Nourish also re-branded with Arithmetic Creative for a modern, nostalgic luxury.
Bangkok Noodle12.50: Soba noodles, seasonal greens, carrot, crushed almonds served with an almond butter, ginger and lime dressing. Vegan based with option to add salmon or chicken for extra protein.
Soba Noodle 12.50: Quite similar to the Bangkok bowl but with a lighter sesame tamari soy dressing. Japanese soba buckwheat noodles, spinach, carrot and chioggia beet. Topped with toasted sesame seeds. Vegan.
Nourish will also offer cooking classes ranging from Italian to Asian and even macaron making. Kids and adult only.
