Now that we had our tummies filled with yummy baked eggs custards and banana cake pastries from the streets, it is time to head over to the University District where Ewha Womens University and Yonsei University resides. EWHA Womens University dates back 120+ years ago and holds a prestigious history for Korea’s elite women. While Yonsei was very first officially accredited Korean language institute in the country. The ivy covered stone buildings contains a state of the art underground complex, which was designed by the renowned French architect Dominique Perrault. The middle area is the Student Union Building. I wish UBC’s sub was as picturesque. Whether in color or black and white, it is beautiful.
Further inside Ewha Womens University the courtyards holds the Korean Drama backdrop where countless tears and love stories filled the air. Although it is March but it feels a lot like September.
Headed down to the basement floor of the Ewha-POSCO Building is Café Para: red cushion seats and urban wood panels line this cafeteria. Dee tells us that the Ewha Sarang kimbaps is kick ass. Egg, danmuji (yellow pickled radish , and chunky tuna makes up this delicious roll that sells over 500 rolls per day. Crazy!

After all the feasting and hydration was done we headed down the other side of the campus towards Yonsei University. Looks like its clubs day!
