REESE Peanut Butter Chocolate Spread is addictive! It is like Nutella with a peanut butter kick! We recently received a couple bottles of this heavenly spread. OMG! Seriously, the first thing I did was dig my spoon into it and ate it straight up. Please don’t judge! I’m sure it is just like eating raw cookie dough. Anyways, Vancouver recent Indian Summer had me craving ice cream! So, I thought I would whip up an easy REESE Peanut Butter Chocolate Spread ice cream recipe with my ice cream maker bowl attachment for my Kitchen Aid that my husband gave me many, many Christmas ago.
This simple vanilla ice cream recipe is so easy and simple. It only requires four ingredients! And there are so many options to improvise! Just like adding a few spoonful of REESE Peanut Butter Chocolate Spread! Quick and delicious! No cooking or any custard base required!
The only thing that requires pre-planning is freezing my Kitchenaid ice cream maker bowl attachment a day earlier.
Easy Ice Cream Recipe with REESE Peanut Butter Chocolate Spread
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 can condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons REESE Peanut Butter Chocolate Spread
- pinch of sea salt
- Add REESE Peanut Butter Chocolate Spread to the condensed milk.
- Add whipping cream and above ingredients to a blender and blitz. I like to use my Magic Bullet for small projects.
- Pour into KitchenAid ice cream bowl and blend at speed 6 until it starts to freeze.
- Add in bits of REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup if desired
- Freeze overnight.
Once the ice cream starts to freeze over you can already enjoy this. It is soft and tastes almost like a malt. If you prefer harder consistencies, then freeze overnight.
