Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of Spot Prawns
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 tbsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Boil six cups of water and sea salt in a large pot at medium-high heat.
  2. Once the water is boiling, quickly poach fresh live shrimp for approximately 30 seconds. It is essential to keep it a short process. Once they turn pink, they are ready!
  3. Transfer the poached sweet spot prawns to a serving plate with a ladle.
  4. Spread prawns in a single layer on the serving plate.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
