Bestie is German Restaurant in Vancouver Chinatown that specialized in bratwurst. Bestie, is not what you refer to your BFF – whom you commonly go shopping and biking with and share with one another when we are being uncool – Almost Famous. Besite is not that KPop four-member South Korean girl group under YNB Entertainment, 베스티. Bestie Chinatown is all about Bestiewurst and Currywurst. Sausage & Sauerkraut. Choose from a selection of bratwurst: Pork thuringer, bbq turkey, smoky bison, or veggie wurst.
Currywurst with a smokey bison sausage is covered with curried ketchup and fries. The sausage is thick and juicy. Curry ketchup is tangy and spicy. This is perfect for that late night satisfaction. Open until 1am Friday and Saturday.
The Classic Bestiewurst with a pork thuringer sausage. Served with sauerkraut and fries celebrating the fundamentals of German comfort food. Wash it down with some German beer (or sodas) and a side of their Watermelon Salad.
Watermelon Salad: cucumbers, watermelon, feta, peppers. Refreshing.
Bestie is a friendly neighborly joint. The prices is a tad steep for ten bucks a dog and fries. I could probably Costco one up on my grill for $1.50. But on a rather clammy summer’s night with zero. breeze. ten bucks could be appropriate.
