The classic Canadian Caesar cocktail is one of my favourite drinks to order during Happy Hour or Brunch. For my American friends, it is a Bloody Mary with clam juice! The secret is the clam juice. Clam juice makes everything better! Ordering a Caesar is easy. Making a kick ass Caesar from scratch takes time. Making a kick ass Caesar with Walter Craft Caesar Mix is super easy!
Walter has become my Caesar mix of choice. I mean they’ve pretty much got the mixture down to a science. Walter is pre-seasoned with real grated horseradish, select spices, Wochestershire and hot sauce, and comes in 2 flavours: Classic Spice and Mild Spice.
It is so easy that many people choose to just add a premium vodka. It is fail-proof! However, if you are like me and really like it really spicy, feel free make it naughty. The Mild Spice still has great, bold flavour, but is toned down on the spice level a fair bit. It is ready to drink for those of you who like a nice mild Caesar. It also makes for a perfect base to add whatever spices and extras you like.
I love that Walter Caesar Mix are made in small batches with no artificial flavours, colours, MSG and is Ocean Wise.
How To Make the Perfect Caesar Cocktail
Rim a highball glass with lime.
For the perfect rim, use Walter Craft Caesar Rim. It is made with flake salt, organic cane sugar, smoked paprika, and a whole host of other seasonings & spices. This craft Caesar rim is designed to be the perfect compliment to your Caesar.
Fill the shaker with 1 oz premium vodka, 4 oz Walter Craft Caesar Mix (I like to use Classic Spice), a squeeze of lime juice, cracked black pepper, a dash of hot sauce to make it extra spicy and garnish with these spicy pepperoni sticks from KRAVE.
Feel free to add celery sticks, olives, cocktail prawns, salami or marinated boccaccini cheese… Really the garnishes can be limitless.
