Crispy dumplings, Gyozas and Potstickers, are one of my favourite food. They are straightforward to put together. Dumpling fillings come in many variations suitable for vegans, vegetarians and even carnivores! Air Fryer Potstickers from Frozen is my new favorite way to enjoy these great appetizers in just 8 minutes!

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F for two minutes.
  2. Brush the bottom of your air fryer basket with a little bit of oil or use a cooking spray. The best way to avoid messy clean-ups is to use air fryer parchment paper and line the bottom of the pan.
  3. Place the frozen dumplings in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray with a tiny bit of oil. I like to use a neutral vegetable oil like (canola oil spray).
  4. Air fry frozen dumplings at 375F for eight minutes. Flipping halfway at the 4-minute mark. Air fry until golden brown.

Equipment

Notes

  • Add a couple tablespoons of water to the bottom of the air fryer tray. The water will help steam and moisten the dumpling skin!
  • This recipe was made in a Ninja Foodi 10-in-1 Pressure, Slow Cooker, Air Fryer.
  • For even cooking, don’t overcrowd the air fryer. Arrange the dumplings in a single layer.
  • Preheat the air fryer for a more even cooking heat distribution.
  • Use air fryer parchment paper and line the bottom of the pan for easy clean ups
