Day 1 Wonder Soup Diet | Cabbage Soup Diet: Fruits only (no bananas)

 

The morning was rough since I did not get to have my morning toast. Maybe it is all placebo affect and I’m eating from habit. I did have my grande dark with cream – no one messes with my morning Joe! I ate two apples and an orange coupled with the 2 to 3 bowls of  Wonder Soup for lunch and dinner. I wish I had more fruits to color up the boring menu. By dinner I was quite hungry!

 

The purpose of Day 1 of the Cabbage Soup Diet is to normalize the body naturally. It flushes our impurities for a colon cleanse and enhances the detox process. The diet suggests grazing on berries to boost antioxidant levels.
