West Oak prides itself for locally sourced ingredients:  all natural, grass-fed beef, free range chicken, and Ocean Wise seafood. The high ceiling is brought down by giant heritage wood beams and accent lights. White table tops has a casual and inviting space.

Executive Chef Tim Cuff  worked previously at Aura at Nita Lake Lodge in Whistler. He has also worked at Cincin and at West Restaurant as a sous chef.
