Juice Cleanse Digestion Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Carrots – 2 stick, peeled
  • Ginger – 1/2 inch skin removed
  • Lemon – 1/2 skin removed
  • Apple – 1
  • Coconut Water (optional, I like to mix this in after juicing for extra hydration)

 

 

Apples reduces inflammation and sweetens the drink. Apples are full of Pectin that binds to and eliminates toxins from the gut as well as helping to reduce high cholesterol, again by binding to it and removing it from the body.

 

Ginger has great natural anti-histamine, anti-septic, anti-viral and anti-inflamatory. After a vigorous and strenuous exercise session, you’d be glad to know that it helps ease muscle pain and rheumatoid arthritis.

 

Lemon are great for cleansing and detoxifying the body, especially the liver and kidneys. The acid scours the intestinal tract; eliminating toxins; neutralizing harmful bacteria.

 

Carrots excellent source of Vitamin A (beta carotene). Anti-Cancer and provides amazing anti-oxidants including lutein, alpha-carotene and lycopene.
