Le Tiger Food Truck serves modern Asian cuisine. Menu items such as BBQ Pulled Pork Steam Bun which reminds me of Momofuku David Chang’s Bo Ssam. The Kick Ass Rice complete with fresh herbs, chili, dashi and the works; Warm “Crack” Salad which is a medley of cauliflower, brussel sprouts, lemon juice, cracked chili, capers and sprinkled parmesan. I love brussel sprouts and it is so easy to throw in the oven anytime at home.
Le Tiger Food Truck’s Warm “Crack” Salad is a delicious snack that doesn’t weigh you down even with all the added flavors and parm cheese. Capers were a great addition to cut out some oiliness.
