St. Regis Bar & Grill is located at 608 Dunsmuir Street (corner Seymour). It is close to the Granville Skystrain station and offers large screens great for watching games! The menu focus on pub fare using quality local sustainable ingredients – their burgers are never frozen and uses 100% ‘AAA’ Chuck and Brisket from Cioffi’s Meat Market & Deli.
Recently St. Regis launched a new menu program for fall/winter with refreshing existing favourites and creating new dishes.
Potato Skins 12: Cheddar & jack cheese, bacon, green onion, sour cream.
Chicken Fingers 13: Meaty chicken tenders with crispy skinny and fries served with plum sauce.
Crispy Pork Belly 14.50: Onion gastrique, kimchi, frizzled onions
Quinoa Salad 12: Mint, cranberry, cherry tomato, roasted roots, greens, feta cheese, citrus vinaigrette. A great option if you need a break from the fried foods.
St. Regis’ house ground beef blend is a mix of 100% ‘AAA’ Chuck and Brisket. Topped with lettuce, tomato, red onion. On a brioche bun with smoked onion & garlic aioli. Served with skinny fries. +$2 soup, salad, yam fries or onion rings
Garden Burger (above) 14: Chickpea, couscous & roasted hazelnut patty, jack cheese, onion gastrique, salsa, grainy dijon mayo, onion bun.
Regis Burger (below) 14: A classic juicy patty, fresh brioche bun made daily with smoked onion and garlic aioli.
A nice soft crust pizza with a variety of options. My favorite remains true to the Margherita withBocconcini, mozzarella, basil, and tomato.

Quarter Chicken Plate 16: If you are looking for meatier fare, this entree is for you. Tender and juicy BBQ chicken, coleslaw, skinny fries, gravy +$6.50 w/ half chicken
Short Rib 21: Fall off the bones tender and served with garlic mashed potato, shallot confit, steamed spinach, red wine jus, and frizzled onion. Perfect winter comfort dish!
Chicken and Mushroom Penne 17: Broccolini, shallot, thyme butter, lemon
Spicy Noodle Bowl 13: Sometimes you just need a hot spicy bowl of noodle soup. Sauteed teriyaki chicken, mixed vegetables, and green onion.
Warm Cookie Skillet 10: This is my absolute favorite! White chocolate chip cookie, shaved dark chocolate, chocolate sauce, and vanilla bean ice cream. The cookie is soft and warm and just hits all the right spots. If you don’t end up ordering anything, you must order this!
