- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin

- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- Scrape pumpkin seeds from flesh
- Boiled in hot water for 5 mins to separate flesh from seeds
- Pat dry pumpkin seeds
- Mix pumpkin seeds with spices and olive oil
- Spread pumpkin seeds in large baking tray
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins until golden brown.
