Red Date Longan Goji Tea 紅棗桂圓杞子茶 is excellent several reasons. This tea is a supreme blood replenisher, promotes restful sleep by calming the mind, it tonifies the digestive system, aids heart health, regulates Qi, spleen, and stomach meridians. It also brightens and moistens the eyes and lungs.

紅棗桂圓杞子茶: 養血安神 、 調節睡眠 、心神安寧平靜。





  • 68 Red Dates unpitted, halved 紅棗粒
  • 68 Dried Longan 桂圓粒
  • 68 Goji Berries 杞子粒
  • 68 Dried Chrysanthemums (optional) 菊花粒
  • 1L Water, boiled 泡水


  1. Boil hot water.
  2. Wash all your dried ingredients.
  3. Add the red dates, dried longan, goji berries and dried chrysanthemums (optional) into a French Press.
  4. Steep for at least 15 mins.
  5. Or boil together in water on high heat for 15 mins.
  6. Serve and best to enjoy while hot. 
  7. Be careful not to burn yourself!





  • If you like to sweeten this tea, consider adding 50g of rock sugar. However, all 3 ingredients is inherently sweet, I find it is not necessary to dissolve additional sugar.
