Utophian Dream Pasta 11: shredded green papaya, carrots, shredded collard greens, scallions and
broccoli tossed in almond butter pad thai sauce, topped with sliced almonds, mint, cilantro and sesame seeds. This reminds me a lot of the Eternal Abundance’s Zugghetti but more delicious. I love the different textures and the flavor profile!
Chipotle Black Bean Chili cup 5 | bowl 6.50: A warm bowl topped with jalapeño cashew cheese, green chili sauce & cilantro. This is great if you are looking for something warm!
