Power House Living Foods, Nanaimo x Fresh Juice x Vegan detox

2013-09-25 16.39.14

Power House Living Foods Nainamo is all about eating clean and living a vibrant healthy lifestyle, starting with the kitchen. After all, you are what you eat. And the key to any diet is 80% food, and about 20% exercises unless you are blessed with incredibly great genes (I’ll have to hate you).

Aside from fresh juices, Power House Living Foods are made from actual whole fruits, not processed or freeze-dried. They serve up power shots with wheatgrass, maca and even matcha! Milk shakes with hemp milk, almond milk, coconut and blended with deliciousness like banana and agave.

Rejuvi-Juice 6.50 12oz | 7.50 16 oz: kale, apple, cucumber, parsley, lemon. No fillers, no sweeteners. All natural. This was just what I needed to combat those long meetings and carb-heavy pastries provided during training. It is actually counter-productive – I start experiencing food coma as the sugars rush to my stomach.

And if you are hungry. They also offer a line of sandwiches, wraps, desserts, etc. Power Up!
