Legoland California is one of the must see attractions if you ever visit San Diego. This park offers thrilling rides, water park, sea life aquarium, and miniland USA recreations of 7 areas of the US all constructed with 20+ million LEGO bricks on 1:20 scale! Shopping for exclusive Lego sets here is fun but also a little crazy as you enter the shop.
Ambiance: 1 (common it`s just a food stand!)
Surviving day long attractions can be painful when there aren’t many choices especially when the main food group consists of “Fast Food / Junk Food” – burgers, fries, and pizza becomes tiresome. Luckily there is Granny’s Apple Fries.
Located in the Castle Hill , beside a witch in the well, this busy little stand offers juicy apple fries sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon served with vanilla cream dipping. The whipped cream is light and not too sweet and the apple slices are tart and tangy – together refreshingly light and crispy. What a nice combo. $4.95 per serving – they are totally worth the splurge!
Be sure to come at least an hour before closing as most food establishments closes early!!
