Easiest Banana Pancake Recipe Ever | Paleo and Gluten Free Pancake Recipe

This will perhaps be the easiest banana pancakes you will every make. If you have some over-ripe bananas at home , don’t throw them away! Once a banana becomes too brown for regular eating, the easiest to do is to either make banana bread or make this ridiculously easy Paleo and gluten free banana pancake. All you really need are eggs and bananas. Everything else is just icing on the cake!

Ingredient:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 whole eggs

Directions:

  • Mash ripe bananas in a mixing bowl.
  • Spray cooking oil in your pan with low heat
  • Scoop some batter onto the pan
  • Give it about 20-30 seconds, flip and wait for 10 seconds
  • Serve and eat!
