The 14 day dining event takes place at over 300 restaurants throughout Los Angeles county. dineL.A. is partnering with OpenTable to donate $1 of every seated reservation that’s booked through our website to The Midnight Mission, a vital nonprofit organization that provides food, shelter and essential aid to those experiencing homelessness throughout the city.
Similar to Dine Out Vancouver, dineL.A. is a great opportunity for foodies to explore new restaurants. The complete list of participating restaurants includes returning favorites Tavern, The Little Door (Santa Monica and West Hollywood), and Water Grill (Downtown and Santa Monica) as well as delicious newcomers like Knuckle & Claw, Pizzeria Mozza, and Plant Food & Wine who promise to please the palate, while offering diners a 20% value on all menus. The comprehensive lineup allows guests to choose from a wide selection of cuisines and dining experiences at three price points.

dineL.A. Restaurant Week is brought to you by the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board (L.A. Tourism). In addition to exciting lunch and dinner menus from over 300 restaurants, the program will also feature a new tier of experiential menus from the city’s top chefs via the Exclusive Series presented by Premier Rewards Gold Card from American Express. Each restaurant will offer unique, specially priced menus starting at $95.

Chef: Dakota Weiss
Estrella, set within a boho chic setting and complete with an expansive outdoor dining patio in the heart of the Sunset Strip, will be participating in dineLA for the first time. The restaurant opened last fall and will be offering lunch for $20 with the option to add on dessert for an additional $6. Menu highlights include a Peking-Duck Sweet Potato Croquette, Grilled Skirt Steak and a Bittersweet Chocolate Caramel Bar.
Restaurant: Faith & Flower
Faith & Flower, located in Downtown Los Angeles and featuring impressive design elements, such as a wall mural by noted LA artist Robert Vargas and a stunning gold chandelier, will be offering lunch for $25 & dinner for $49. Menu highlights include Plancha Seared Petrale Sole, Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin and a Hazelnut Chocolate Feuilletine for dessert.
Restaurant: Hinoki & The Bird
Executive Chef: Brandon Kida
Participating in dineLA for the first time and a Los Angeles staple among celebrities and industry heavyweights, Hinoki & The Bird will be participating in dineLA’s Exclusive Series for $105. Hinoki & The Bird’s menu will transport guests to far-flung locales. Menu highlights include Local Albacore with winter citrus and avocado textures, Smoked Short Rib with caramelized sunchokes and winter truffle jus and Santa Barbara uni with buckwheat soba and lemon confit.
Executive Chef: Kris Morningstar
Menu: Highlights include Terrine’s signature, decadent Burger with Truffle Butter, Sage Aioli, and Concentrated Tomatoes at lunch; and Wagyu Beef with Brown Butter Pomme Purée, Lambs Leaf Lettuce, and Crunchy Salad for dinner.
Price: $20 lunch, $39 dinner
Executive Chef: Michael Hung
Menu: Highlights include a Prime Ribeye Sandwich with Savoy Cabbage Slaw and Horseradish Crème Fraiche at lunch; and Crispy Duck Leg Confit with Braised Lacinato Kale, Pinot Noir Jus, and Chestnut Honey for dinner at this hidden gem designed by Kelly Wearstler that evokes the feel of a mid-century modern setting by way of Palm Springs

Restaurant: Sambar (Culver City, CA)
Chef: Chef and Owner Akasha Richmond
Lunch is available for $15 and dinner for $29 with dishes that focus on the multi-regional traditions and cooking of India from the truck stops (dhabas) found off of the highways in India, to the modern and inventive techniques found in the fine dining establishments of New Delhi or Mumbai. Akasha Richmond’s other restaurant AKASHA will also be participating.
