One thing I love about spin cycling is that I don’t need a nice sunny day to be pedaling for some good exercise! I enjoy sitting on a stationary bike and sweating like no one is watching for 45 minutes. Plus burning 400 to 600 calories (depending on your intensity) is a big bonus! I recently gave Cadence Cycling Studio a spin with ClassPass Vancouver.
ClassPass offers one pass, unlimited classes to the best fitness studios and gyms in Vancouver. For C$99, you will have your pick of classes to choose from, including cycling, yoga, Pilates, barre, strength training, bootcamp, dance, and so much more. Plus, new studios and classes each are added every week. You will enjoy a little bit of every type of workout with lots of studios in Vancouver.
Cadence Cycling Studio indoor cycling is located on Unit 106 – 1529 West 6th Avenue beside The Farmer’s Apprentice. I really enjoyed the high intensity cardio workout with good hip-hop, old school rock and edm music playlist. I love working out here. When the lights dim and music blasts. I own it. I am in my zone. I am fearless and give it my best. It also helps that Cadence challenges me in an energetic, non-intimidating environment.
There are many health benefits to indoor cycling. Not only will you get lost pedaling to awesome music, you will also get a full body workout and leave feeling euphoric. Just remember to hydrate. I love re-hydrating with Vega Recovery Accelerator.
