Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar restaurant is located inside the beautiful Sutton Place Hotel in Vancouver downtown. Boulevard replaces Fleuri famous for its chocolate buffet. Boulevard Kitchen interior has a modern upscale appeal. Cream color button tuft booths, high ceilings and custom statement light fixtures.

Sunchoke Velouté: delicious creamy winter soup rich with bacon, sunflower seeds, chantilly cream.

Pacific Provider Salmon: A beautifully cooked salmon with fregola sarda, chorizo, paella sauce. The skin was seared crispy and the insides moist.

Braised Pork Cheek: Three medallion soft tender braised pork cheek. Navy bean purée, brussels sprouts, roasted beets.

Pavlova: Duo of meringue and citrus custard. Somewhat sweet that my tooth ached. But I enjoyed the berries hidden in the center.

Chocolate Torte: Light sponge, mousse with cocoa nougatine. The best dessert of the night.

The Dine Out Menu at Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar was delicious and was well portioned.The service was friendly, professional and prompt. It was a delight to see the effort to make each customer feel welcomed.
