Aberdeen Centre Richmond Food Court | Taste of Aberdeen 時代坊

[image_with_animation image_url=”14585″ animation=”Fade In” img_link_target=”_self”]

Aberdeen Centre Richmond is one of the major Chinese Asian shopping malls in the Lower Mainland. It is just minutes away from the International Airport of Vancouver YVR and right off the Skytrain at Aberdeen Station. There are many restaurants, specialty shops, Daiso, and a large food court on the third floor with a vast array of food selection! There are plenty of Shanghainese, Hong Kong style cafes, Vietnamese, Japanese, desserts, snacks and more!

We were invited by ChineseBites along with few fellow bloggers like Sherman, Diana, Rick, Dennis and May, etc. for menu tasting at Taste of Aberdeen.

We sampled over 22 dishes including bubble, drinks and desserts. The real headache was how to make food court food look sexy in photos. Frankly, you can not!

But isn’t everything a beautiful mess? Afterall, food court fast food isn’t fine dining. It isn’t Hawksworth at Rosewood Hotel Georgia and it isn’t Bauhaus. It’s all about convenience and variety. Stop by Aberdeen food court if you are ever hungry or in a pinch for time!

We left bellies full and had lunch for the next day. Aberdeen Centre’s food court has a lot of options at reasonable prices. Next time I don’t feel like cooking, we will probably come here or grab take out!
