75 Min Spin Cycle Playlist | Endurance Ride

Those that know me that I love to spin (and to run). Spin is my “ride or die” as cliche as it may sound. This is where I go to de-stress, tune out and simply to sweat it all out. It is true that those who workout together build and gain trust. It is a great way to promote respect, maybe more so than going out to lunch. After all, you’ve seen each other in their sweatiest glory. You’ve both worked hard for a common goal – the finish line – or in this case a long 75 minute endurance ride; spinning to the same Spin Cycle Playlist.

I rotate between a few spin studios in Vancouver courtesy of ClassPass. Thru ClassPass I’ve found a a few favorite saddles, spin instructors and playlists.
